Welcome to petflowai. These terms govern your use of our smart cat and pet water devices with health tracking features. By accessing or using our products and services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We offer device installation, maintenance and remote monitoring services for smart cat and pet water devices that track health metrics. Our team provides guidance on setup and ongoing support.
2. Information Products
We offer digital guides, video tutorials and webinars designed to help you maximize the performance of your pet hydration devices and understand health tracking data.
3. Goods
We supply physical smart water fountains and related accessories designed for cats and other pets, equipped with health monitoring sensors.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refunds for Services
Requests for service cancellations submitted within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a refund. To request a refund, contact us via the Contact Us form. Reimbursements will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. You may opt to reschedule the service instead of requesting a refund, subject to availability.
4.2 Refunds for Information Products
If digital content is not delivered or accessible, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. After content access is granted or downloaded, no refunds are available due to the nature of digital delivery. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 5 business days.
4.3 Refunds for Goods
Defective or damaged items may be swapd or refunded within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in unused condition and shipped back to our facility at our expense for valid claims. Reimbursements are issued upon receipt and inspection of the item and completed within 10 business days.
5. Rescheduling
Service sessions may be rescheduled at no cost if requested at least 48 hours before the appointment. Requests made later may incur a fee.
6. No Refund Services
Certain on-site calibration and custom installation services are final sale due to resource allocation and scheduling commitments. No reimbursement will be provided once these services are delivered. This policy ensures our ability to allocate specialized staff and equipment.
